Full-stack Engineer
Basalt AI is transforming how field operations report, decide, and follow up through voice. We're looking for a Full-stack Engineer to help build our core application, integrating complex voice workflows into a seamless, robust interface.
Responsibilities:
- Architect and build scalable full-stack features using React, TypeScript, and Node.js.
- Integrate our voice AI pipelines into the user-facing web applications.
- Design and optimize APIs for low-latency data synchronization.
- Ensure high reliability and security across field teams and systems.
Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript, React, and Node.js ecosystems.
- Experience building production-grade SaaS applications.
- Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases and system architecture.
- A passion for building high-quality, crafted user interfaces.
AI Engineer
As an AI Engineer at Basalt AI, you will be at the forefront of acoustic-adaptive voice technology, making speech recognition and NLP work flawlessly in noisy, high-stakes industrial environments.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and refine speech-to-text (ASR) and NLP models tailored for industrial terminology and field conditions.
- Optimize models for low-latency and high-accuracy real-time voice workflows.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to deploy models into our production voice pipelines.
- Investigate and implement state-of-the-art agentic workflows and LLM integrations.
Requirements:
- Deep expertise in machine learning, NLP, and specifically ASR technologies.
- Strong Python skills and experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar frameworks.
- Proven track record of deploying AI models into production environments.
- Experience handling complex, noisy datasets and domain-specific vocabularies.
